Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct lead research and strategic outreach to potential clients- Lead partnership conversations and manage full sales lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, onboarding, activation- Build and retain strategic relationships through consistent engagement- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesRequirements:- 2-4 years experience in Digital Marketing/AdTech/Online Media/Crypto/Gaming- Proven B2B sales experience with brand partnerships & client acquisition- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)- Exposure to high-ticket deals (- 5L /month preferred)- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, start-up culturePerks & Benefits:- Competitive salary - 7-10 Lacs performance incentives- 5-day work week, flexible hours, paid leaves- Learning & growth opportunities, mentorship programs- Flat structure with fast-track promotions- Vibrant office environment with team activities (ref:updazz.com)
