Required Tele Caller - Coimbatore

Outbound Calling:& Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and gauge interest.
-& Customer Engagement:& Build rapport with customers, maintain relationships, and handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

-& Record Keeping:& Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
-& Follow-up:& Conduct follow-up calls with leads and past customers to encourage conversions and repeat business.
-& Reporting:& Report daily activities, caller feedback, and potential improvements to management.
-& Team Collaboration:& Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights from customer interactions and improve outreach strategies.
