Job Description
Technical Content Developer

Collaborate with software developers and UX designers to optimize the information experience in the UI.
Take ownership of an aspect of technical content and drive that on behalf of the content team.
Create clear, concise, and relevant technical content that helps our customers achieve their goals.
Work on the end-to-end authoring process: design, development, editing, globalization, accessibility, translation, and publication.
Create, edit, and revise content to continuously improve accuracy, usability, and engagement.
Understand content metrics and use those insights to drive designs and manage content lifecycles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:-

Proficiency in markup languages (Markdown, DITA XML, HTML), source control (GitHub), and authoring tools (Atom, Oxygen).
Experience in working in software teams, and in agile software development processes.
Proven experience in a technical content or information development role.
Ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:-

An understanding of container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
An understanding of writing for globalization and accessibility.
Familiarity with technologies related to event-driven integration, such as Apache Kafka and AsyncAPI
Familiarity with creating graphics using tools such as Sketch or Adobe Illustrator
Familiarity with Design Thinking practices
