Relationship Manager - Sales - Banking (5-8 Yrs) Vadodara/Baroda/Gujarat/Surat (BFSI Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and new prospects.- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services (loans, deposits, investments, insurance, etc.).- Achieve sales and business growth targets through proactive client acquisition and portfolio management.- Conduct periodic review of customer portfolios to offer cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery of banking services.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all dealings.- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends.- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to expand the customer base.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the banking or financial sector (typically 2-5 years).- Strong understanding of banking products, credit processes, and financial analysis.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.- Result-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of regulatory norms related to banking and lending.- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
