Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.- Ensure timely collections and manage credit control with distributors/retailers.- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market penetration.- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.- Plan and execute local promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives.- Regularly visit markets to ensure product availability, visibility, and market share.- Address distributor/retailer concerns promptly and professionally.- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to the head office.- Collaborate with internal teams for smoother supply chain and promotional execution.Key Skills and Competencies:- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach- Good market knowledge and competitor awareness- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools (ref:updazz.com)
