Job DescriptionJob Title : Lead Graphic DesignerLocation : ChandigarhExperience : 2-5 yearsRole OverviewWe re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and strong visual storytelling to our growing portfolio of consumer brands. You ll head our in-house design team and own the visual expression across digital, print, packaging, and campaigns-ensuring a consistent, engaging, and elevated brand experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, managing workloads and ensuring high-quality output- Own the visual identity across all brand assets-digital, print, packaging, POS, and campaigns- Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals- Create and oversee compelling creatives for product launches, social media, website, and ads- Maintain brand consistency while innovating within brand guidelines- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies- Manage design workflows, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsRequirements- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field- 5-8 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaign work- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects is a plus- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer product industries preferredAbout Nureca LimitedAt Nureca Limited, we are redefining wellness through smart, innovative, and accessible healthcare products.
