Prepare Marketing Plan :- Annual Plan based on Strategy - Quarterly plan with Campaigns focus- Monthly Activity plans- Social calendar- OEM (All) oriented posts - OEM alignment -- Know our OEM structure.- Know OEM specific market drivers.
-Know OEM Branding Guidelines.
-Know OEM Marketing Assets.
-Know OEM driven Campaigns and create alignment. Competition :- Competition Analysis.
-Creating Battle cards for use of Sales teams.
-Countering competition campaigns with own. Execution :- Lead generation actions via ISR. (240 Data Points per week, 45 Leads per month) - Monitor, guide, measure & Improve.- Social posts, OEM posts- OEM (as per case) DG execution.
-OEM Solutions & Case studies decks/pitches for sales team.
-Website revamp/refresh.
-Own all public digital assets (website, estore, brochures, decks, data sheets etc)- Campaigns (including concept, design, target identification, execution)Customer Experience :- Own & manage entire communication spectrum for customer touch points.
-Templatize/Standardize - Customer SATMeasure & Monitor :- Measure efficacy of all campaigns (contribution to revenue)- Make necessary tweaks based on analysis.
-Monitor health by feedback / mystery customer (or any other method.) (ref:updazz.com)
