Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.- Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions.- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product teams) to ensure client satisfaction.- Maintain sales pipeline, prepare reports, and track progress against targets.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online business research tools.
