Job Description
In Sales at Collexo Pixi, your day will be about engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showing them how Collexo Pixi can help them succeed. From prospecting to closing deals, you will take ownership of the sales cycle while building strong client relationships. This role offers a great opportunity to learn fast, take responsibility early, and grow into a successful sales professional.- Develop a pipeline of business opportunities through research, outreach, and prospecting.- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations using prospecting tools and direct engagement.- Drive the complete sales process independently - from lead generation and qualification to closure.- Prepare and deliver proposals, product briefs, and supporting documentation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and credibility.- Manage and track your sales funnel to ensure targets are met.- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert opportunities into successful deals.- Contribute to customer retention, training, up-selling, and brand-building activities.What we re looking for- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or internships in related fields.- Self-starter with the confidence to handle the full sales cycle independently.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity to understand client needs.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and targets.- Open to travel and participate in events as required.- Knowledge of CRM tools, software products, or SaaS will be an added advantage (training will be provided).Who we areAt Meritto we believe in building more than just solutions.
