Job Description
Location: Nashik , Maharashtra Full-Time | On-Roll Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
-Maintain a regular follow-up cycle for after-sales service and cross-selling.
-Ensure client satisfaction through consistent service and effective communication.
-Assist advisors in building their own client base and enhancing customer experience.
-Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and lead pipeline efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing - preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
