Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Channel Sales Manager to drive sales through retail networks for our building materials product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing retail distribution channels, ensuring product availability, and building relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the construction and home improvement sector.Key Responsibilities:- Retail Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure strong retail penetration and product availability.- Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales through the retail channel to meet monthly and annual targets.- Market Expansion: Expand the retail footprint in new and existing territories through channel development and activation strategies.- Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key retailers and influencers (e.g., contractors, architects, masons) to promote brand loyalty and demand generation.- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute in-store promotions, contractor meets, and influencer engagement programs.- Demand Forecasting: Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure timely stock availability and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.- Training & Development: Conduct regular product and sales training for channel partners and their staff.- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and provide feedback for strategy refinement.- Collections: Ensure timely payments and manage credit limits for channel partners.Interested candidates please contact on 8779617605 (ref:updazz.com)
