The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting potential advisors, providing sales guidance, and ensuring productivity in the assigned area. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and onboard qualified advisors from the local marke - Schedule and conduct regular client interactions, product demos, and follow-ups - Achieve individual and team targets through effective channel development.
