Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Corporate Sales Professional (Manager) to drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new corporate clients to achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic growth plans.Key Requirements:- Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 8 years of experience in Media Agency.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Willingness to travel as per business needs.- This is an individual contributor role (not a team handling position).- This is a 5-day working profile (Monday to Friday).
