Job Description
Title of Position: Banca Channel Sales Performance Manager CTC: Up to 5.50 LPAOverview of the Role: To increase sales and productivity in the banca (banking) channel, we are employing a Sales Performance Manager. You ll coach bank teams, keep an eye on performance, and support branch-wide insurance sales. Principal Duties:- Monitor sales results and pinpoint areas for development.
-Work together with bank employees to increase sales of insurance products.
-Educate, mentor, and inspire branch teams.
-Visit branches and coordinate sales initiatives with objectives.
-Strong sales support and leads from the company.
-Verify adherence to both internal and external standards. Conditions: - a bachelor s degree.
-four to eight years of experience in performance management or banca/insurance sales.
