Reports To: Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to handle tele calling for payment follow-ups and manage accounts receivable activities. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers and ensure timely collections, while maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Of Accounts Receivable:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections.
  
• Follow up via phone and messages on overdue invoices.
  
• Resolve billing issues and customer payment discrepancies.
  
• Update and maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.
  
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
  Key Responsibilities Of Telecalling:
  
• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform, promote, or sell products/services.
  
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
  
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
  
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to customers.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Graduated
  
• Freshers/ 1 3 years of experience in tele calling, collections, or accounts receivable.
  
• Good understanding of accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
