Job Description

We re expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic modern trade lead to scale our retail footprint across key accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through national and regional modern trade chains (Reliance, DMart, Spencer s, etc.)- Build and nurture relationships with key account buyers and category heads- Ensure product availability, placement, and visibility across MT outlets- Negotiate terms of trade, margins, marketing spends, and planogram compliance- Monitor and manage MT schemes, promotions, and in-store activations- Track secondary sales, billing vs. offtake, and ensure healthy stock rotation- Work closely with supply chain for order fulfillment and replenishment planning- Analyze competition, pricing trends, and market share within MT- Lead merchandising team and ensure execution excellence- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, ROI analysis, and account healthWhat We re Looking For:- Proven experience in handling modern trade for mobile accesories or premium D2C brands- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a fast-paced setup- Excellent communication and team leadership skillsWhy Join Us:- Be part of a growing premium brand redefining personal care & wellness- High ownership, agile environment, and clear growth path- Competitive package performance incentives (ref:updazz.com)
