  • Outbound Calling:
    • Call potential customers to offer personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.
    • Follow-up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or databases.
  • Customer Verification:
    • Verify eligibility and documents over the call.
    • Explain loan products, terms, interest rates, EMI options clearly.
  • Lead Management:
    • Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM.
    • Update status and follow-up on pending cases.
