PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within SAP Adoption Service Center, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Senior Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects preferably in the area of Hitech and Automotive industries.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.
You will be responsible for:

:Supporting SAP 's Discrete Industries customers with S/4 HANA implementation in the areas of S/4 HANA Sales (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
:Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes
:Evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes and IT architecture to fit the customer 's strategy
:Review of detailed level business processes and of the corresponding mapping into the IT architecture
:Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the logistics Manufacturing industries projects when required.
:To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
:Project Bid support : creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners.
:Close cooperation with the global Manufacturing Industries Hub teams regarding knowledge:sharing and business development for specific expert topics.
:Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI : when enhancing industry solutions and services
:Supporting the Ramp:Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Manufacturing sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
:Responsible for own capacity utilization / KPIs
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

:Bachelor 's Degree : Master 's degree preferred but not required.
:Deep SAP Product Expertise S/4 HANA Logistics (Sales and Distribution, Materials Management)
:Implementation experience in Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Service Management
:Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling and Manufacturing.
:Understanding of recent areas like Entitlement Management, Advance Available to Promise, Advance Variant Configuration and Variant Configuration
:Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications.
:Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM and C, Hitech and Aerospace and Defense)
:Experience in SAP Activate methodology
:Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion Project along with Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) is preferred.
:Experience in Solution Manager is preferred.
:SAP certification in SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution is preferred.
:SAP certification in SAP S/4 Materials Management is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE

:Minimum 9 years consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Discrete Industries (Automotive, IM and C, Hitech, Automotive and Aerospace and Defence)
:Handled End to End S/4 HANA SD and MM Implementation project experience in customer facing role.
:Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization.
:Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
:Nice to have functional (domain) experience in logistics function in manufacturing industry.
