Currently Hiring for Front Office Receptionist We are seeking a professional and compassionate ' Patient Relationship Officer ' (PRO) The ideal candidate will be having excellent communication, organization skills and knowledge of the health care process and having 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role will be an added benefit. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Welcome and check-in patients, maintain the reception area. 2) Provide basic counselling on treatments and schedule follow ups 3) Manage phone calls and appointment reminders 4) Maintain patients records and ensure confidentiality 5) Support administrative tasks and clear patients communication 6) Managing end to end services for in-patient including billing 7) Updating daily report by end of the day 8) inbound patients enquiries, patients counselling, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support. 9) Qualification: Graduation in any stream 10) Associates in healthcare admin preferred 11) Prior healthcare receptionist experience 12) Knowledge in medical terminology and scheduling software 13) Strong interpersonal skills empathy and professionalism Skills: 1) Communication, Organization and attention to detail 2) Time Management in a fast-paced environment 3) Problem solving under pressure 4) Job type - Fulltime 5) Work location: Bangalore 6) Experience: 1 - 3 years
