Job Title: Bookkeeper (Experienced with QBO & Dext) Location: Remote&
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: & Based on experience We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext , understands the importance of timely communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Manage data entry and expense categorization using QBO and Dext .
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are up to date.
• Communicate professionally and promptly via email.
• Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel and Word .
• Collaborate with team members and provide support for accounting-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext is required.
• Solid understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to respond to emails promptly .
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with multiple clients or small businesses.
• Background in accounting or finance.
