Officer - Sales (2-10 Yrs) Jharkhand (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Business Development- Plan, implement, and monitor regional sales strategies to achieve volume and value targets.- Identify new business opportunities in the general trade, horeca and institutional sectors.- Expand product reach in existing and new territories.2. Channel & Distribution Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.- Appoint and manage new distributors in uncovered markets.3. Achieving Targets- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (volume, value).- Manage primary & secondary sales.5.
