Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Select Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. The role involves providing personalized financial solutions, cross-selling banking products, and delivering superior service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Acquire and manage relationships with high-value retail customers to drive business in liabilities products.2. Source new accounts and deepen existing relationships by cross-selling retail banking products such as:- CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)- Fixed Deposits (FD)- Recurring Deposits (RD)- Mutual Funds (MF)- Life Insurance (LI) and General Insurance (GI)- Retail third-party investment products3. Ensure consistent growth in CASA book and deposit base through effective customer engagement.4. Conduct need-based financial conversations with clients to offer suitable product solutions.5. Achieve monthly targets for CASA acquisition, FD mobilization, and third-party product sales.6. Maintain regular contact with clients for service updates, renewal of deposits, and upselling opportunities.7. Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC norms, and compliance requirements during sourcing and servicing.8. Coordinate with branch operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service delivery.9. Organize in-branch and off-site activities to generate leads and enhance customer outreach.10. Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to branch leadership.
