Associate Manager - Performance Marketing - EdTech (3-7 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) focused on lead generation via lead forms (not app installs).- Develop and manage funnel strategies for high-intent lead capture with optimal CAC (Cost per Acquisition).- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and form flows to maximize conversion rates.- Coordinate with creative, content, and tech teams to build and improve high-converting lead capture assets.- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.- Identify new opportunities and trends in performance marketing to scale lead acquisition.Ideal Candidate:- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2C tech or consumer internet company.- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns using platforms like Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, etc.- Strong understanding of user funnels, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Must have 3 YOE in hands-on experience in performance marketing- Must have experience in planning and executing lead generation campaigns on google, fb, LinkedIn, managing a portfolio of minimum 10 Lakh- Must have handled budget of >1 cr per month- Must have knowledge of user funnels, conversion tracking, performance metrics etc- B2C EdTech companies (ref:updazz.com)
