Location- Devanhalli, Near airport, BangaloreRole Summary:We are looking for energetic Telecallers who can engage with potential customers over phone calls, generate leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.- Explain property details, answer queries, and qualify leads.- Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and CRM updates.- Coordinate with sales executives for appointments and follow-ups.Requirements:- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil (any South Indian language preferred).- Prior telecalling or sales support experience is an advantage.- Ability to handle customer objections with patience and professionalism.Compensation:- Fixed Salary: - 20000 - 25,000 (based on experience).- Variable Incentives: Performance-linked incentives on qualified leads & conversions.
