Required Telecaller - Pune

Job Title: Telecaller Location: TTA, Chinchwad, Pune
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at TTA Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or students (depending on company focus).
• Explain company products, services, or training programs clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on interested leads through calls, emails, or messages.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
• Work closely with the sales or admission team to ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English .
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 8,000 18,000 per month (depending on experience).
