Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all required documentation and information are complete.- Enter customer orders into the system in a timely and precise manner.- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and meet customer expectations.- Keep an up-to-date and organized tracker of all customer purchase orders (POs).- Regularly update the status of orders and communicate any delays, changes, or issues to relevant stakeholders.- Monitor the progress of orders from the initial order to shipment and delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines.- Liaise with the sales team in Germany to obtain offers and pricing details for customers.- Submit relevant offers to the sales team and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided for customer quotations.- Ensure that any modifications or updates to offers are communicated promptly and accurately to the sales team.- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Key Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor s degree in science or Any Technical background Diploma/BE.Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or administrative support in a sales environment.- Experience with order processing, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and maintaining trackers/spreadsheets is a plus.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Communication Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
