About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and driven PR Executive who can build on Traya s brand visibility and help scale that, build strong media relationships, and execute impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a flair for written communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution. Key Responsibilities1. Draft and edit press releases, media notes, and other communication materials.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers.3. Coordinate and liaise with PR agencies for campaign execution and coverage tracking.4. Plan, execute, and manage PR events, launches, and media interactions.5. Develop and implement creative PR strategies to strengthen brand visibility.6. Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.7. Monitor and analyse media coverage, prepare reports.8. Create, schedule and manage content for Traya s LinkedIn page9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and media movementsRequirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Agile, quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.- Prior experience in PR, media relations, or communications preferred (1-2 years).- Knowledge of digital PR, influencer marketing is a plus.
