Key Responsibilities:Job Summary:We are looking for a Grievance Officer to manage customer complaints and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, especially RBI guidelines. The role involves investigating and resolving customer issues, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).- Maintain a grievance redressal system to track, monitor, and close complaints.- Communicate resolutions to customers clearly and professionally.- Ensure adherence to RBI and other regulatory guidelines related to grievance redressal.- Prepare reports for regulatory audits and internal reviews.- Work with internal teams such as Risk, Collections, Legal, FinOps, and Customer Service to resolve complaints.- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.- Support training sessions on grievance handling for internal teams. Maintain complete records of grievances and their resolution.- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on complaints with legal implications.- Liaise with partner NBFCs or financial institutions when needed. Requirements:- 3-7 years of experience in grievance handling or customer complaint management.- Experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or regulated financial services is preferred.- Working knowledge of RBI grievance redressal guidelines.- Strong communication and documentation skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
