Marketing Head - Web3 (8-12 Yrs) Chandigarh/Mohali (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven professional to join as the Web3 Marketing Head. This role will act as a key lead for managing and driving client project initiatives, ensuring flawless execution, stakeholder alignment, and integration with our overall marketing objectives. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and client teams to accelerate project outcomes, streamline communication, and maintain operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Leadership & Execution- Lead and oversee client marketing projects from initiation to delivery.- Ensure alignment of client project goals with overall marketing strategies.- Drive timelines, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.2. Client & Stakeholder Management- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing leadership, client teams, and cross-department stakeholders.- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges or bottlenecks.- Ensure client deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.3. Strategic Planning & Alignment- Support the Marketing leadership in defining priorities for client-driven initiatives.- Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and compliance across all client project touchpoints.- Provide insights to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.4. Operational Excellence- Establish frameworks and processes for efficient project tracking and reporting.- Implement best practices to improve client project execution efficiency.- Work with compliance/legal and third-party partners to ensure adherence to regulations.5.
