Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, and local institutes to source potential candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit educational institutions and local areas to identify and source suitable candidates& & &
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company benefits to candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment data and daily reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges and training center.
  • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (fuel allowance provided).
  • Good communication and convincing skills in English and Kannada.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work independently.&
