Skills & Background We Value

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in& English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Background in& Psychology& (preferred)
• UPSC/MPSC preparation experience can be a plus
• Artistic talents (painting, singing, poetry, music, speech & drama, design) are a huge bonus
• Awareness of& alternative learning methods
• Prior experience working with children (desirable)
• Ability to& research and design lessons& on any topic sparked by children s curiosity
• Skills or interest in designing and creating learning materials

Most importantly: an awareness of children s needs and the ability to reflect and re-align oneself and the environment with the child s best interest in mind. Your Responsibilities

• Work with children aged& 3 6 years, learning and implementing Montessori pedagogy at our learning centre
• Run& day-to-day operations& of the classroom
• Observe children daily and maintain& detailed observation notes
• Ensure& upkeep of the learning space& and materials, creating new learning aids when needed
• Identify unmet learner needs and recommend/implement new initiatives
• Offer& environment tours& to parents and visitors
