Required SALES EXECUTIVE - Chennai

Job Description: We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Car Sales Executives to join our team at ABT Maruti . The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting Maruti Suzuki vehicles, and providing an exceptional buying experience to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain features, specifications, and pricing of different Maruti Suzuki models.
• Conduct test drives and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers for inquiries and sales closures.
• Maintain proper documentation for all sales transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments for smooth delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in automobile sales (preferred Maruti or other reputed brands)
• Skills:
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Passion for automobiles and sales
