Manager - Commercial Sales - Lighting (5-10 Yrs) Delhi (B2B/Corporate Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales of high-end automation, lighting controls, and audio-video solutions to premium commercial clients. This role involves engaging with architects, consultants, and high-profile end-users in the hospitality, corporate, and luxury sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of niche or luxury products such as smart switches, AV systems, high-end furniture, Building Management Systems (BMS), or similar premium solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for premium automation, lighting, and AV solutions in the commercial segment.
-Identify and target high-value clients in hospitality, corporate offices, and luxury projects.
-Engage and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and key decisionmakers.
-Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
