The ideal candidate is someone who understands sustainable living and can translate complex ideas into engaging content that resonates with our audience.Responsibilities:- Social Media Content Creation: Craft compelling, on-brand copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, including captions, reels scripts, stories, and post descriptions that drive engagement.- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels with a strong narrative that aligns with the brand s ethos.- CRM & Email Marketing: Write clear, action-oriented copy for newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding journeys, SMS campaigns, and push notifications, with a strong understanding of personalization and audience segmentation.- Brand Messaging & Voice: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and messaging across all customer touchpoints while evolving and strengthening the brand s editorial voice.- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Work closely with social media managers and CRM leads to maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content for daily, weekly, and monthly communications.- SEO Copywriting (Basic): Apply basic SEO best practices when writing blogs, landing pages, and web content, including keyword integration and Meta descriptions.- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use data from email/SMS performance and social insights to improve copy effectiveness and engagement over time.- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and content innovations relevant to conscious living, sustainable products, and lifestyle storytelling.Qualifications:- 3-4 years of proven experience as a content writer in Social Media & CRM, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, or sustainability domain.- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.Desired Skills:- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Surfer SEO is a plus.- A keen interest in sustainable living and an understanding of the values of conscious brands- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentYou may visit our website at- https://amala.earth/Kindly share your CV (ref:updazz.com)
