The role involves recruiting, training, and managing the sales team, driving performance through effective sales strategies, and building strong customer and channel relationships.Roles and Responsibilities:- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives or advisors.- Coach and mentor the team to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.- Drive the unit s sales to meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.- Monitor individual and team KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.- Regularly assess team performance through reviews, field visits, and feedback sessions.- Identify skill gaps and conduct training or refresher sessions.- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and documentation standards.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
