Required Desktop Support - Delhi

Desktop & Hardware Support: 1. Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, printers, and another IT hardware. 2. Install and configure operating systems and basic software applications. 3. Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and security. & CCTV & Surveillance Systems: 1. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. 2. Diagnose and repair CCTV hardware issues (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, wiring, etc.). 3. Coordinate with vendors or service providers for complex CCTV issues. & Biometric & Access Control Coordination: 1. Handle installation and troubleshooting of biometric attendance devices. 2. Coordinate with biometric device vendors for integration or issue resolution. 3. Monitor and maintain biometric data logs in coordination with HR/Admin. & & Store & Asset Coordination: 1. Maintain records of IT assets and consumables. 2. Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for IT stock issuance and tracking. 3.
