Analyze and Validate: You will perform engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), stress analysis, and thermal simulations, to validate design integrity and predict performance under various operating conditions. Prototype and Test: You will manage the prototyping and testing phases, collecting data, analyzing results, and iterating on designs to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Optimize for Production: You will work closely with Production and Tooling teams to apply principles of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) to reduce costs, improve quality, and streamline the manufacturing process.
