What role you will play in our team
As a Data Analyst within the Global Operations and Sustainability (GO and S) organization which includes Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) , you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and safety performance. Your responsibilities span the development and implementation of analytical tools and processes, ensuring data integrity, and enabling informed decision:making through advanced reporting and visualization.
You will also collaborate closely with business line focal points and cross:functional teams to support strategic initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously enhance systems and workflows. By leveraging modern technologies-including cloud platforms, BI tools, and machine learning- you will contribute to the advancement of our analytics roadmap and foster a culture of data:driven innovation.
What you will do
:
Serve as Business Line(BL) 's SPOC and participate in BL work teams to stay connected with business needs and priorities
:
Collaborate effectively with Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) or Global Operations and Sustainability Business Line SPOC and BL team to deliver insightful work products
:
Prioritizes and assists with Ad:hoc data requests and analysis to Management, Business Units, Safety, Security, Health and Environment or GO and S advisors, etc.
:
Closely work with Managed Service Provider(MSP) analysts to oversee their performance and provide SME support
:
Technical support and troubleshooting to remediate any technical issues with tools, data feeds, and extracts
:
Suggest new ideas to improve SSHE (GO and S) processes/systems/tools
:
Coordinates stewardship
