Business Development Interns

Key Details& Work Schedule: 6 days a week. Wednesdays will be fixed off, 9 am to 6 Pm ( 9 hours shift). Location: You 'll need to work on-site daily at our office near Iskcon Temple, Sector 67A, Gurgaon. This is a totally offline internship; no hybrid or work-from-home options are available. Our office setup is decent, operating from a combination of two shop spaces (totaling four rooms); it 's not a large corporate office. Candidates located near or in Gurgaon are preferred.& Team Size: We currently have a team of 12-15 people.& Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 8,000 to 12,000 per month, depending on their performance in the final interview round.& Full-Time CTC: For those offered a full-time role after the internship, the CTC (Cost to Company) will be in the range of Rs 2 Lakhs to& Rs 2.4 Lakhs per annum& Internship Benefits: Interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion of their internship.& Commitment: We need individuals who can give a long-term commitment to the organization. We aim to retain candidates who perform well as full-time employees. The minimum internship (probation) duration will be 6 months, Post 3 months the stipend will be revised as per the performance of the candidate.& Please only apply if you are committed to joining us long-term as a full-time employee after the successful completion of your internship.
