Event-U-All - Sales & Marketing Role (1-2 Yrs) Delhi NCR (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Job Summary:The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales, managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the hotel s services to maximize room and event bookings. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure bookings for rooms, meetings, and events.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections.- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.- Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.- Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.- 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:- Previous experience in the local hospitality market.- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.- Knowledge of online distribution channels and corporate travel platforms.Working Conditions:- Full-time position; may require occasional evenings and weekends depending on client needs or events.- Office-based with regular travel to client locations and events.
