This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking and negotiation skills to expand our franchise footprint and ensure sustained growth through high-performing partnerships.Key responsibilities:Franchise Hunting (New Acquisition):- Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners in targeted regions.- Conduct market research to identify high-potential territories and demographic fit.- Develop pitch decks, financial models, and franchise proposals tailored to investor profiles.- Represent the brand at franchise expos, networking events, and industry forums.- Lead the franchisee onboarding process, from inquiry to agreement signing.Franchise Farming (Relationship Management):- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchisees post-onboarding.- Drive franchisee performance through regular reviews, KPI monitoring, and business support.- Facilitate training, marketing support, and operational improvements for existing partners.- Build long-term, trust-based relationships to improve franchisee satisfaction and retention.- Identify growth opportunities within the existing network (multi-unit expansions, upgrades).- Must haves: Franchise Acquisition and managementGood to have: - Proven track record in acquiring and managing franchise or channel partners.
