You will help build trust and loyalty among users, reinforcing Astrotalk s commitment to excellent service and user wellbeing.Details:- Location: Noida, Sector 125- Industry: Technology, Information and Internet- Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.- Address user concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about the platform, services, and astrologers.- Ensure all communication is aligned with the company s tone and values.- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions for internal tracking and improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as tech, content, and operations to resolve complex queries or escalate issues when necessary.- Continuously follow up with users to confirm that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall user experience and product quality.- Stay updated on the latest product features, service updates, and astrology-related topics to ensure informed responses.- Maintain a calm and positive attitude even in high-pressure situations or with difficult customers.Required Qualifications:- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in tech, internet, or consumer service companies.- Minimum of 60% or higher marks in both 10th and 12th grade.- A Bachelor s or Master s degree from a recognized university.
