AiAgentCafe - Manager - Social Media (1-3 Yrs) Any Location (Online/Digital Marketing)

We re looking to bring someone onboard who s a digital hustler, loves talking about tech (especially AI), and knows how to generate buzz and business online.As a Social Media & Business Development Associate, you ll work closely with the founder to grow our presence, engage our audience, and help bring in new clients. This is a hybrid role that s part creator, part strategist, and part growth hacker.Responsibilities:Social Media (50%):1. Plan and execute content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube (memes, carousels, threads, short videos, AI demos, etc.)2. Build personal brand voice that appeals to tech founders, developers, and businesses3. Repurpose technical content into engaging formats (posts, reels, short explainers)4. Monitor trends in AI and tech to keep our content relevant and timely5. Engage with communities and influencers in the AI/startup ecosystemBusiness Development (50%):1. Identify potential leads online (founders, startups, businesses who need AI solutions)2. Reach out via DMs, emails, and community groups with value-driven outreach3. Assist with proposals, client onboarding, and presentations4. Manage and update CRM (we use Notion/Airtable)5. Experiment with growth hacks to generate inbound interestYou Are a Fit If You.1. Have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or business development (startups or freelance experience counts!)2. Understand how AI and tech startups work (even better if you re genuinely interested in GenAI, ChatGPT, etc.)3. Are scrappy, self-driven, and comfortable figuring things out as you go4. Can create engaging content (text visuals) and communicate well in English5. Have a growth mindset and love trying new tools, channels, and ideas6.
