Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager - Airfield Ground Lighting Location: Ahmedabad| Industry: Aviation / Airfield InfrastructureWe are looking for a highly driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the sales and market expansion of our Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) products. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue in the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development:- Identify and pursue potential clients (airports, airlines, maintenance firms, consultants)- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals- Maintain a steady sales pipeline and stay updated on market trends2. Sales & Client Relationship Management:- Deliver engaging sales presentations and demos- Develop customized proposals and close high-value deals- Build long-term client relationships and ensure excellent service3. Market Analysis & Reporting:- Track sales performance using CRM tools- Analyze market feedback and collaborate with marketing for campaigns4.
