Job Description
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the company s overall marketing strategy with a focus on brand positioning, lead generation, digital presence, and customer engagement. You will oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales objectives. This role requires strategic leadership, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the company s visibility and drive growth in the real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth, customer acquisition, and brand recognition.- Align marketing plans with sales goals, ensuring synergy between lead generation and revenue targets.- Define marketing budgets, channel mix, and KPIs for campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.2. Brand Management & Positioning:- Strengthen the company s brand identity across digital and offline channels.- Craft compelling brand messaging that highlights the company s unique value proposition in the real estate sector.- Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and communication across all touchpoints.3. Digital Marketing:- Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.- Analyze digital performance and user behavior to continually refine campaigns.4. Campaign Management & Execution:- Design and manage 360- marketing campaigns including print, digital, events, PR, and outdoor advertising.- Coordinate project launches, project promotions, and event marketing in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Track and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments to improve outcomes.5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team including digital, content, design, and field marketing experts.- Collaborate closely with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.- Inspire innovation, creativity, and excellence across the marketing department.7. Agency & Vendor Management:- Manage relationships with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies.- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables align with company standards.8. Reporting & Performance Analysis:- Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic insights for the leadership team.- Use analytics to optimize spend, targeting, and messaging across all campaigns.Desired Candidate Profile:- Proven experience in leading marketing functions in the real estate sector- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, tools, and trends.- Ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of customer psychology.
