Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Drive New User Acquisition for TripXL by efficiently executing and scaling up Performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital media platforms.
-Manage all aspects of paid campaigns, including search, display and video, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
-Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
-Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
-Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
-Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in strategizing & executing Google search & display ads campaigns.- Should be well versed with Facebook Ads.
-Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & pattern-interrupt ads.
-Hands-on experience in setting up & managing reporting dashboards and analytics.
-Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup & thrive under pressure.
-Analytical ability to break a marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement, ability to effectively manage time, build & manage a team of performance marketing professionals.
-Should be excellent at crunching data & creating Excel spreadsheets. Good to have knowledge of SQL - Good understanding of Google Analytics, Amplitude, Superset/Power BI.
-Should have previously managed a monthly budget of INR 20 Lakhs and above. (ref:updazz.com)
