-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesOur client is India s leading manufacturer of custom designed input devices like Membrane keyboards, Metal Keyboards, Touch Sense Keyboard and silicone rubber keyboards.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone- Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them- Liaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriate- Innovate the strategies of improving the way the business operates- Research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business s network and profile- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy- Work with sales and marketing teams- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.- Take responsibility for the entire sales for assigned team. Outbound calls, follow-ups.- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.- Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition.- Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow upsIdeal Candidate- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have working knowledge of lead genrator, Business Development, Sales Strategy, Market Analysis and Negotiation- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard (ref:updazz.com)
