Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head to lead and expand our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in IT services.
-Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
-Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.Strategic Planning & Market Research: - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
-Define go-to-market strategies and position the company s services effectively.
-Work closely with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market demand. Client Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships.
-- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
-Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance service delivery. Collaboration & Leadership: - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.- Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals.
-Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
-Experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT services.
-Ability to analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.Qualifications: - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management.
-Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software development, or digital- Experience working with international clients is a plus. Preferred:- Experience in selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Computing, Digital Solutions.
