-We are expanding our marketing division and are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, lead generation, and digital campaigns.Position Overview- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing campaigns that drive engagement, build - brand awareness, and generate qualified leads for our HR and recruitment services.Key Responsibilities : - Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.- Manage and optimize company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for brand visibility and audience engagement.- Develop and post creative content (graphics, videos, and written posts) aligned with company goals.- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).- Manage SEO & SEM activities to improve website ranking and lead generation.- Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials and promotional campaigns.- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when required.- Assist in email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM database management.- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and marketing ROI.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media.- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.What We Offer :- Competitive salary package with performance incentives.- Opportunity to work on national and international marketing projects.- Creative and collaborative work environment.- Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing HR brand.
