The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing super stockists, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving overall growth in the region.Key Responsibilities- Identify, appoint, and manage super stockists/distributors across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to ensure market coverage and product availability.- Develop, implement, and monitor region-specific sales strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets.- Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales executives, setting targets and monitoring their performance.- Plan, recruit, and allocate manpower based on market requirements to maximize efficiency and business growth.- Must handle required advertisements for promoting products in the region.- Plan and execute logistical operations necessary for the successful delivery of the project.- Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, key customers, and trade stakeholders.- Conduct regular market visits to oversee operations, gather market intelligence, and ensure compliance with company policies.- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and propose corrective actions for underperforming territories.- Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, new product launches, and market expansion initiatives.- Monitor receivables, credit control, and resolve supply-chain/logistics issues in coordination with stakeholders.Desired Candidate Profile- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.- Minimum 7 years experience in beverages/FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to AP & Telangana markets.- Proven track record in appointing and managing super stockiest and distribution networks.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.- Proficiency in Telugu or relevant local languages is an advantage.CompensationAs per industry standards; commensurate with experience and performance.Please use below link to apply - (ref:updazz.com)
